Ingredients

whole grain flour 160 g
soft cottage cheese 200 g
eggs 1 PC
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
honey 1 tbsp. l
salt 3 g
baking powder 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mix cottage cheese with egg, beat.
  • Add oil and honey.
  • Pour in flour with baking powder and salt. Knead a soft dough. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough into a roller, cut into 6 pieces. Shape into buns, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  • Bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
