Beans stewed with vegetables in Brand 6060 smokehouse

Ingredients
Beans (dry, any color) 1 cup
Bump carrots (about 200g) 1pc
Onion 1pc
Tomato paste 2 tbsp l
Salt 1 tsp l
Adjika dry or a mixture of your favorite spices 1 h. l
RM 2 tbsp. l
Cooking method

Soak the beans in 3 volumes of water for 3-4 hours (it cooks faster this way). Drain the water, rinse the beans with running water, transfer to a bowl, pour 0.7 liters of cold water (do not salt!). Close the lid, SPF mode 35 min. After building up the pressure, adjust the time by setting 20 minutes. While the beans are being cooked on a coarse grater, grate the carrots, chop the onion in 1/4 rings. After equalizing the pressure, fold the beans in a colander. Rinse and dry the bowl with a paper towel, return to the smokehouse. FRY mode, after 1 min pour in PM, after another 1 min add chopped onions, while stirring the onions, add carrots after 4 min. Stir and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add tomato paste, stir. Pour over the thrown beans with boiling water, put them in a bowl to the fried vegetables, put salt and adjika, mix, pour in a couple of tablespoons of boiling water. Disable the FRYING mode. Cover with a lid and close it. Set the SUP mode for 10 minutes. After equalizing the pressure, the food is ready.

Note
The recipe is borrowed from the Steba pressure cooker recipe book, adapted for the smokehouse. The beans turned out to be soft and very tasty. You can add your favorite spices and seasonings.
