Apples 450 g

Wheat flour 100 g
Softened butter 100 g
Cream 10% 175 g
Sugar 100 g
Liquid honey 1 st. l

Cooking method

  • Grease the molds with oil.
  • For the filling of apples, remove the core and cut into small cubes.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan, add apples, sugar, stir, cook until sugar dissolves. Arrange the filling into tins.
  • Grind almonds into fine crumbs
  • For the dough, beat the butter with sugar into a foam. Add cream, honey, beat.
  • Add flour, almonds, baking powder, baking soda, mix until smooth. Place on top of the filling. The mold should be no more than 2/3 full. The dough will rise during baking.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 25-30 minutes.
