Mushrooms 150gr
Vegetable oil 60g
Garlic 100g
Vinegar 1h. l
Bay leaf 1 leaf
Ground black pepper To taste
Salt To taste
Cooking method

Chop the garlic finely and crush, adding a little salt; put in a bowl and stir well with vegetable oil. Boil the mushrooms in 0.4 liters of salted water, strain the broth, cut the mushrooms into cubes and combine them with garlic. Pour the mixture with mushroom broth, season with vinegar or lemon juice, put pepper, bay leaf, salt and mix. Served with cold meat and vegetable dishes.
