Pumpkin bread in a bread maker

Ingredients

Pumpkin puree 150 ml
Powdered milk 2 tbsp. l.
Water 150 ml
Egg 1 PC.
Melted butter 50 g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sahara 5 tbsp. l. (more is possible)
saffron ¼ h. L.
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Wheat flour 450 g
Decoys 80 g
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Peel the pumpkin, boil in salted water, mash until puree is obtained. Dilute milk powder in warm water.
  • Melt the butter and cool.
  • Pour water with milk powder into a bucket, add mashed potatoes, egg and melted butter. Then add sifted flour and semolina, salt, sugar, saffron, bath. sugar and yeast. Before baking, you can brush with protein and icing sugar and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Weight - 750 gr., Medium crust (the dough will be rye-like in consistency, slightly sticky and runny, but it rises very well in the process!)

Note

I thought and thought and came up with my own bread recipe and baked it! :) The bread turned out to be tender and tasty, and yellow in the middle!
And that's what happened!

Nikama, I tried your recipe over the weekend. I added toasted pumpkin seeds and dried apple pieces to the dispenser. Sugar increased to 7 tbsp. l. ... It turned out just super! Thanks a lot for the recipe!

I also cleaned it and cut it into pieces and into the freezer! :) I don't only bake bread, but I also cook porridge!

And here's my pumpkin bread.

Only I added 170 ml of pumpkin baby food puree. All the semolina added flour, only 530 g. Without adding saffron. and put in half a glass of raisins.
Basic mode, loaf - 1 kg, crust - dark.
It rose very well, under the very cover. I even worried that the upper part would not turn red. But that's okay.

Very nice bread !! (y) I added semolina, because we like pumpkin porridge with semolina, so I experimented!

I tried to bake bread according to this recipe. Super! He rose perfectly.
The changes are as follows: instead of water - potato broth, sugar reduced to 1.5 tbsp. l., and increased salt to 1.2 tsp, instead of butter - vegetable 3 tbsp. l., without saffron (well, it was not) and vanillin. Fresh yeast 10 g.

Great breakfast bread, sandwiches!
