Ingredients

Duck 2-2.5 kg
Sour cream 0.3 l
Egg 1 PC.
Loaf white 200 g
Mushrooms or olives 100 g
spices - black pepper, turmeric, bay leaf

Cooking method

  • Rub the duck with salt. Take 100 g of a spoonful of sour cream, dilute it with 50 g of warm water and add black pepper and turmeric to it to give the duck a pleasant color. You will get 150 grams of sour cream mixture. And stuff the duck with a syringe with the resulting mixture.

  • Place the duck in a slow cooker, coat with the remaining 100 g of sour cream, sprinkle with turmeric and add bay leaves.

  • Due to sour cream, the duck is very juicy and soft.
  • My mince came out a little, because I took 300 grams of a loaf, in the recipe I had already reduced it to 200 grams.
