Cooking method

  • I want to share with you a very simple recipe, but it seems to me, relevant in the spring. At the time of greenery and young vegetables.

  • Squeeze the squash with your hands to remove excess liquid.
  • Put in a jar and pour over the marinade, stir.
  • Keep refrigerated.


Marinated zucchini are perfect for both a festive table and an everyday one.
