Ingredients

durum wheat pasta 400 g
minced meat (mixed) 300 g

salt 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • - turn off the program, add butter, let it melt and add the pasta, mix well with the minced meat so that the fat covers them, then during the cooking process the pasta will not stick together
  • - add salt and pour boiling water, the water should completely cover the pasta and nothing more, cook pilaf on the program
  • - after the program is over, do not leave to heat, open the lid and stir

I had a little more minced meat and more pasta, I poured water according to the level of pasta, everything turned out very tasty and simple
