Salmon in a Brand 6050 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Salmon 2 steaks
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Lemon juice (from my bottle) taste

Cooking method

  • Unfortunately, I didn't even thaw the salmon, I cooked it like that.
  • 2 salmon steaks, salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Pack in a foil pocket.
  • We cook on the Porridge / steam mode for a total of 20 minutes (I cooked in foil, there was no liquid, the pressure did not accumulate)
  • I expose one steak not frozen for 5-6 minutes, but without foil.

Time for preparing:

20-25 minutes

Note

Very fast, not intricate and tasty and you don't need to wash the dishes.

Salmon was made in large pieces (chilled) on a steam rack under pressure. A little water to the bottom. It turns out great!
