instant yeast 10 g

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough in the evening and leave to rise on the table for 8 - 12 hours.
  • Next, mix all the ingredients for the dough except salt. Leave on for 15 minutes. Add salt and knead the dough. Let the dough stand for 30 minutes, grease your hands generously with olive oil and fold it 8 times. Repeat folding 2 more times at intervals of 30 minutes. After the last 30 minutes fermentation, divide the dough into portions. Put each piece in a mold previously greased with olive oil and distribute the cake over the mold, pressing with your fingers. Grease with olive oil, sprinkle with herbs, onions, olives, whatever your heart desires. I took oregano, red onions, olives, ground paprika, grated cheese. The cheese can be sprinkled directly or on top of the cooked hot focaccia. Allow the dough to stand for about 20 minutes. Heat the oven to 250 degrees. Before placing the dough in the oven, lower the temperature to 230 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Well, very tasty!
