Elena Bo
Grater.
🔗 🔗
I use it for grating cheese, chocolate (it is very convenient - it does not melt in my hands), cookies (I use baking dishes and pie for dusting with a sweet and wet filling, instead of flour or bread crumbs), stale bread (getting bread crumbs). Convenient in that you rub directly where you need to. There are 3 interchangeable graters (very thin). One is very small (it is not in demand for me, since the one that is larger is small enough) and for cutting into slices (honestly, I have not tried it, but I very much doubt its usefulness). Unwashed can be temporarily stored directly in a grater, closing the bottom with a lid. There is one inconvenience to use - it slips in the hand. You can make a brake by wrapping it in the middle with a plaster.

I want to show off my Kiev purchases. Mini Rolling Roller, Dough Slicer Netting Roller, Japanese Knife, Dough Scraper, Nut Grinder, Silicone Whisk

I would especially like to mention the nut mill. I bought it with the thought of nutmeg. Copes with the task just fine. And so I like it ... Rub the nutmeg in the palm, smell and bastard.

The miller attracted attention. I am looking for such a small and strong aggregate for nuts. And how much did you pay for it? and where did you get it? and what capacity, i.e. how many grams of nuts can you grind?

Nataliya, for ordinary nuts, in my opinion, is not quite suitable. If interesting. I'll take a picture of the insides in the evening, you will understand why. Only ONE nut is ground. It is manually put in the right place, pressed by a kind of piston with a spring, you twist the handle, the nut rotates and scrapes against the blades. A fairly fine grind is obtained. That's why I'm talking about nutmeg. Normal nuts and a coffee grinder can be ground like this. And it costs 48 hryvnia.

Alim, not, a knife for peaceful purposes. A very convenient blade, I have long cherished the idea of acquiring it. Only a large assortment of Teskoma is not available in our city. And this series from Teskoma is inexpensive, I don't know how with the quality of steel.

I have one, though I haven't tried crushing nuts. Only cheese. Rubs it finely enough.

I also have it, however, not Decok, but Moulinenks. And still, in an electric grinder, be it a coffee grinder or a small blender, it is more convenient to grind nuts.

I have one, not a Decok, but an old Soviet one, thrown into the farthest corner. Before that, for many years I lay in the nearest corner. But I will note that I rubbed both cheese and nuts normally. There were larger and smaller inserts. It's just more convenient for me to grate cheese on a regular grater, and grind nuts in a coffee grinder.

Here. A nut is put inside. And with this piston with teeth, the spring is pressed. Not an industrial scale, however. Is that the dessert is slightly powdered. But for nutmeg ...

And I wanted such a thing for a long time, otherwise I start rubbing chocolate on the cake, and it melts in my hands, and in general ... if you need it quickly and not a large amount, I rubbed cheese yesterday on pasta ... while I'm happy.
Lydia
I used such a grinder a little until I read the small print "Can be washed in PMM". Now I rubbed chocolate with enthusiasm on it, for which, in fact, I bought it.

You can order a similar thing from the "Firebird", called the "Multigreter" grater device. There are even 3 interchangeable grilles! True, and all this is not so very cheap.

Suslya, today I saw such a grater for 10 UAH, but I still didn't understand how to work it. What is your impression of her at work, is it worth getting it or not?
Suslya
What can I say ... grated cheese, chocolate, I liked it. Hands are clean and most importantly, chocolate does not melt in my hands, for me this is the main thing (well, I don’t like melting chocolate, some kind of it .... disgusting or something ...) To use, just insert the part that is the product is put into the compartments, the part that is with the bottom is inserted from above and twist, press and scroll with it.
In general, take it, it will come in handy on the farm.

Hairpin, and at first I really wanted this thing, and since now it’s impossible to chase after it, on the second day of wanting I thought that I had my favorite Soviet grater, undefeated by Berner. And what, to resign? I even felt sorry for her.

My girls are the same as Elena Bo-Superskaya grater! Children like to sprinkle with grated chocolate or nuts on top of yogut or ice cream (or you can load both at once, since there is a partition inside) yes + seeds. Here

Suslya , as usual - there is no prophet in his own country, but where is that door in Kherson, where you so successfully "poked"?

When I saw this grater at my mother-in-law, I looked, twirled it in my hands, thought nonsense, and put it away, and forgot. And yesterday I accidentally saw this Temka, and remembered that I had seen her somewhere. I tried it really conveniently, though I rubbed the cheese, now I want to try chocolate nuts. Grater of those times. But I could not wash it, I looked and did not figure out how to disassemble it? Do you need to remove this wire that rubs to disassemble and wash?

I, too, have not understood for so many years whether this structure can be disassembled ...
Therefore, I always washed without disassembling, which is terribly inconvenient.
I recently bought a cheese grinder from Tapperware that looks like a flat iron. Class! Rubbing nuts and chocolate is wonderful, and there is also a container with a sealed lid for storing the grated. And understands completely!
We don't have it in the catalog, but you can see it, for example, in French (it's there on page 8)

Is it about a girl like Susli in the photo? I disassemble it without any problems. Actually a grater (or a knife? A metal round) is attached with something similar to an "invisible" hairpin (is it the same for you?). It can be easily pulled out. Everything can be washed, although now I only wash the teatrochka (= knife) by hand. I shove all the plastic parts into the dishwasher (they have such lousy snacks that are not easily washed by hand) and vigilantly make sure that the "invisible hairpin" is not lost (it is not mine at all). It is simply impossible to collect later incorrectly, although sometimes you will not immediately figure out what to put in what.
Suslya
And my fastening is even easier, there are 4 notches on the metal grater, and 4 navels on the walls. Here they must be combined and the whole mount.
Hairpin
Well, I bought it !!! Exactly like Elena Bo on the first page. I bought it in Ashan in Khimki for 215 rubles. I haven't used it yet.

Look at this grater:
Graters for cheese, chocolate and nuts
from some of your store a picture ...

Description: The universal grater - the "multigreger" mill mechanically grinds cheese, crackers, cookies, nuts, eggs, herbs, pieces of boiled vegetables, fruits. "Multigreger" will easily and quickly prepare salads - "herring under a fur coat", "mimosa", cheese; will make breading, decorate the dessert with chocolate chips and chopped nuts. The set includes three interchangeable knives with different notches.
zvezda
I have not seen this ..... there is one nozzle, but it seems to be for cheese ??
Dara
I bought practically this from Fakelman in the Metro the other day. For the price, it seems to be around $ 10.
Great for chocolate, nutmeg, cheese - it takes an effort, especially Parmesan. I have not tried the nuts yet.
For small quantities, this is the most, but if you make lasagne, for example, your hands get tired of rubbing the cheese.

CrochetI don't even know what to tell you. In mine (it seems that it is Fakelman's ... It was inexpensive, 170 rubles ... somewhere in Ashan) rubbed nuts and chocolate. It was terribly long and tedious ... And then the hand fell off ... Well, if there is no dishwasher, then it's a mess ... until you rinse it all from the inside ...

Conclusion... I have it, I'm not going to throw it away, but my sixth sense tells me that it will lie like this with me for another hundred years ...

And for me it, after the first "long, tedious and hand fell off," broke, an infection. With what pleasure I sent her to the trash bin! (If it hadn't broken, it would have also been lying for a hundred years)

But I was all the same tempted by such a grater from Fakelmann and spent 10 dollars, today I tried it for cheese. In principle, I liked it, only a couple of thin slices of cheese remained, which the grater did not rub, but I still had the same slices on a hand grater, so I was not upset.
At first, I somehow assembled it incorrectly, due to my absent-mindedness, I installed the grating disk with the non-working side inward and was upset that it wasn’t rubbing anything at all, but then I turned over the normal.
Now I will try on chocolate, nuts, and maybe carrots. Interestingly, and who else tried to rub it finely onions?

I had such a grater at home, in Ukraine. There I left it - as for me, thrown away money.

Well, and I will hope that it will take root with me. Today, by the way, I rubbed cheese on an omelet with it again, I didn’t seem to be disappointed. Your hands are already itching to rub this

But I was still seduced by such a grater from Fakelmann
But I didn’t take root! Once I tried to grate chocolate, my hands fell off to twist !!! And wash it again .. As it grit, one tablet is enough!

And to be honest, I'm tired of hurting my hands on simple graters when rubbing cheese, chocolate. In general, I somehow did not have a relationship with simple graters, I constantly scratch my hands and fingers, then I will "undermine" my unfortunate claws. And this grater is just so convenient that you can not be afraid of the hands and you can grate the required amount of the same cheese directly onto the macaroons, etc. I put it right in the refrigerator with the rest of the cheese, because grated cheese goes into many dishes, we even sprinkle it on pancakes "hot with heat"

And I got such a grater yesterday. Green, compact and always at hand in case of emergency, and even with a container. Honestly, not really needed, but could not resist. Judge for yourself:

Girls, there is no way to read the whole topic now, share someone with what they use to grate cheese. You need a small, compact, budget, so you can keep it on the table. It's just that when I need a lot, I take out the harvester, but sometimes I just need to sprinkle a handful.
Elena Tim
When I only need a handful of cheese, I use a regular grater. Then put it under hot water and it is clean. I can't even imagine a device for a small amount, which will still have to be washed.
Or maybe it's just me - a quitter ...
