I baked it. The second time already :-)) nothing like bread, only for some reason the top turned out to be skewed again (on the one hand it was higher than on the other), well, it’s not scary, it doesn’t affect the taste. Who cares, the first time I did it from a briquette using yeast, the second - using the saf-moment. By the way, I did not feel a sweet aftertaste, but nutty from seeds - yes. I will still bake, I liked it.

I baked bread according to the recipe, the roof is gone, but the bread is delicious. Liked by many friends. Thanks for the recipe!

I bake it for the second time (Panasonic 2512). True, I changed the recipe. I took half as much peeled rye flour - 60 grams, and more wheat flour - 180 grams plus those 60 grams. which reduced the rye flour. Immediately I chose the French bread program, 6 hours, it turned out delicious, but apparently stopped and the roof collapsed.

The second time I baked on program 4 - bread with raisins - 4 hours the program lasts - flax seeds into the dispenser. Already starting to add flour, I discovered that there is no peeled flour, but there is seeded rye, and I added it. The bread turned out to be whiter and wheatier, rye flour is practically not felt.
650 grams turned out to be a loaf. When baking, I chose size M, when I weighed it after baking, I decided that it was probably better to choose L .. The roof did not collapse, but it cracked))
The bread is delicious with both peeled flour and seeded.
