Mackerel and Bean Salad

Ingredients

Mackerel 1 PC
Red beans 1.5 multi-glasses
Eggs 6 pcs
Pickled cucumbers 1 b 0.5l
Green peas 1 b
Pickled Bulgarian pepper (optional) 50 g
Salt pepper taste
Milk mayonnaise taste
Green onion taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the mackerel, lightly salt and pepper, wrap in foil and steam (20-25 minutes). Remove the skin from the cooled fish, disassemble the pulp into plates.
  • Soak the beans with the addition of soda (0.5-1 tsp for half a liter of water), leave for several hours. this simple technique deprives the beans of the unpleasant consequences of eating them. Boil in salted water until soft. Do not overcook! It shouldn't turn into mush.
  • Cut cucumbers, eggs and bell peppers into small strips.
  • Mix all the ingredients, season to taste, season with mayonnaise.
