Ingredients

pork leg 1 - 2 pieces
beef neck 600 gr.
carrot 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Clean the pork legs well, soak for a couple of hours in cold water, cut lengthwise.
  • Put the legs, meat, peeled carrots, washed onions together with the husks (for color) in a saucepan of the pressure cooker. Salt, put peppercorns, bay leaf, add water.
