Cooking method

  • Cooking minced meat as for cutlets, salt, pepper, add onion and soaked half of the bun. Knead the minced meat well and beat off. Then add the grated cheese and knead again. Let's prepare koloboks.
  • Peel the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces. Put quite a bit of oil into the saucepan of the pressure cooker and throw in a finely chopped small onion. We turn on the Frying Meat program. Stir a little and put the tomatoes there. Instead of fresh tomatoes, you can use tomatoes in your own juice. We continue to heat the tomatoes. In the process, you need to salt and add a little sugar to taste.
  • When they warm up well and begin to boil, put the prepared koloboks in a saucepan. I took a can of pizza tomatoes, these are chopped tomatoes in their own juice. After warming up, they seemed thick to me and I added a little water.
  • Close the lid, SOUP program 10 min. Turn off the pan, wait for the steam to escape.
  • Serve with any side dish.
