Wheat-rye bread with malt and dill

Ingredients

Water 280 ml
Rye flour 150 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Malt 2 tsp
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Dill greens 2 tbsp. l
Cumin (seeds) 2 tsp
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • The bread is problem-free, simple and tasty at the same time. Perfect, soft and fragrant, the whole family loved it
  • We spread the ingredients, if you put on the timer (delayed cooking), then gently pour the yeast on top of the flour last in order to exclude contact with water. Pre-steam malt with 20 ml of boiling water. Finely chop the dill and add to the container along with the cumin seeds, I put everything at once, and not at the beep. When everything is loaded press the start button :)
