The IN-SINK-ERATOR ISE M-75 food waste disposer is an electrical device that is installed directly on the kitchen sink instead of the standard drain fittings and is connected through the drain hole to the sewerage system.
You turn on the cold water, then the chopper. The shredder grinds waste into the smallest particles in 10-15 seconds! This is done without the use of knives and blades. The waste ends up on a metal disc rotating at 1750 rpm. The centrifugal force pushes the waste along the walls of the grinding chamber, on which the self-sharpening metal "graters" (Grindchamber) are fixed. It is advisable to use COLD water during the operation of the device (waste processing). When using hot water, the melted fat can adhere to the inside of the dispenser and drain pipes, instead of being flushed down the drain.

You can clean everything together. Only the brown onion and garlic skins should be removed and discarded. Because it is hard, smooth and does not rub into dust by the "cams" of the grinder. Although fish heads, bones, chicken bones and so on go very well.
I have already adapted, I really like this unit. I try to start solid waste, seeds of berries, egg shells, etc. after liquid and soft, so that in this way the cams clean the capacity of the grinder, and the holes are not clogged, and this is all washed off with a stream of water.

Such a design will withstand 50 kilograms without deformation for sure !! Chopper weight well 5-7 kg. Maybe you have something differently "integrated"? At least our sink in terms of volume holds 30-40 liters, this is 30-40 kg + the chopper hangs from the bottom and when the volume is completely filled with water, nothing bends!
