Cocktail Tyrolean Flip

Ingredients

dark beer 400 ml.
egg (yolk) 2 pcs.
sugar 40 gr.
nutmeg (ground) on the tip of a knife
cognac 20 ml.

Cooking method

  • Grind the yolks with powdered sugar or sand. Pour in cognac, 2-3 tablespoons of beer and mix well. Pour in remaining beer and pour into glasses. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg on top.
