🔗pour a little olive or sunflower oil in a bowl, add salt, sprinkle with herbs to taste, stir by hand, then put the potato wedges on the plate in which it will be cooked, peel down in one layer. I also cook at full microwave power for 12-13 minutes, and then I put a plate of potatoes under the grill for 8 minutes. Or so much. so that it turns appetizingly brown.
