I have Mriya seasoning, which includes the following spices: dried savory greens, dried onions, turmeric, coriander, paprika, dried garlic, dried marjoram, bay leaf, parsley, black pepper, red pepper, fenugreek, dill, allspice ... Neither salt nor any chemical additives are included.
  • Calculation of two potatoes per person, of course, and more if the guests are very hungry
  • Cook in the microwave at 750 -900 W for 12 minutes. Who has a microwave weaker than 750 W 5-6 potatoes need to be cooked for 15 minutes.
  • If you do not put the oil in the cut-out indentation, then the potatoes take longer to cook and not so tasty.
  • After 12 minutes of cooking, do not eat potatoes right away. let it sit on the plate for another 5 minutes. because it comes to readiness and the oil is literally boiling.
  • After 12 minutes of microwave cooking, I put it under the grill for 6-7 minutes. then the potatoes are still covered with a fragrant golden brown crust on top.

no, I haven't tried it in the oven.If you need to brown it under the grill, put it in the microwave. The whole point is that the microwave is faster. So to speak, the recipe is a lifesaver.

pour a little olive or sunflower oil in a bowl, add salt, sprinkle with herbs to taste, stir by hand, then put the potato wedges on the plate in which it will be cooked, peel down in one layer. I also cook at full microwave power for 12-13 minutes, and then I put a plate of potatoes under the grill for 8 minutes. Or so much. so that it turns appetizingly brown.
