Ingredients

zucchini 5 small
tomato 10 small
adjika is not spicy 1 tbsp. l
sulguni cheese
asafoetida 1h l
tomato paste 5 tbsp. l
water 3 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Coarsely chop the zucchini so that they don't turn into porridge. Fry. Salt and add asafoetida at the end of frying. We put it in any baking dish. Fry the tomatoes separately. Not for long.
