Cottage cheese sweets New Year's Surprise

Ingredients

cottage cheese 200-250 grams
sour cream 2 teaspoons
sugar 3 teaspoons
cocoa 2 teaspoons
chocolate 1/3 tiles
any dried fruits and nuts For filling

Cooking method

  • Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar (if you don't need to add liquid sour cream cottage cheese), add cocoa. Beat with a blender to get a homogeneous mass and get rid of grains. Grate chocolate.
  • Roll a ball the size of a meatball out of cottage cheese, put a dried fruit (for example, a prune or a nut) inside, roll in chocolate chips, put on a plate. After cooking the balls, put the dish in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

The dish is designed for

about 10 pieces depending on how large the candy will be

Time for preparing:

20 minutes

Note

A very tasty and healthy dessert, especially for children who do not like cottage cheese.
Any filling can be made, also replacing milk chocolate with bitter will make a dessert for adults. with a tart taste ... like coffee.

A very interesting idea! What fat content should there be? And yet, how do these sweets keep their shape? Thank you.

I had cottage cheese 5%, sour cream 20%. While I roll the balls, to be honest, they are all covered in chocolate and cottage cheese))) they do not really stick off from my hands, I roll them somehow, then I put them in the refrigerator, after the refrigerator they harden and I bring them to their normal form. But after standing in the warmth and while you eat, they of course begin to get dirty

Klas !!! A great idea for making sweets for kids on an NG diet! It seems like we will deviate a little from the doctor's recommendations, but still this is not such a strong deviation!)) Thank you!

Unfortunately, we didn’t learn anything in labor lessons except for the “potato” cake and salads. You are in luck :) These sweets are wonderful in that you can of course roll them in coconut flakes and powdered sugar and add to the dough and raisins and chips and all kinds of useful nuts and fruits, it will only be tastier :) I think that they will be in the chips easier to mold and will not get dirty, but I didn’t do it. Bon Appetit:)
