The simplest bread in a Panasonic multicooker

Category: Yeast bread

Ingredients

Wheat flour 3 cups
Water 210 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 3 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • I was so lazy (having super-units in the kitchen) that I completely entrusted the making of the dough to the bread maker. If someone does not have a bread maker, then we do this: knead the dough from the ingredients and put it to proof. We knead twice, and then put the cartoons in a saucepan, give the dough a little "straighten the feathers" and put it in the "baking" mode for 60 minutes. Then we turn the bread over and set it for another 20 minutes (although I turned it off 9 minutes before the end, that is, the bread was fried for 11 minutes), it turns out a delicious and fluffy bread.

Lola, great. This is bread! But you can bake cakes like that. Huge and regular shape.

Pakat, and baking is an assistant, rather in kneading and proofing, and you can bake even in the oven, even in a slow cooker.

Lola, thanks again for the idea.

Elena Bo I'm not going to throw out my B&D ...
Who will knead the dough for me ...
Just a great idea, thanks Lola!

Lola, thanks for the recipe!
I decided to try it!
kneaded the dough, and then the question - what does it mean to provoke? warm or cold and for how long? I've already been in the room for two hours, but no changes ... should it rise?
Elena Bo
Putting on a proofer means letting the dough come up in a warm place and knead it at least once. If you have a bread machine, then just entrust it to make the dough.

Hello everybody!
Speck and I bread in the cartoon.
I took the recipe as a basis Lola, but 1.5 cups of flour in half, white and whole grain, and added milk instead of water.
Kneading in a B&D bread maker.
Baked for 40 minutes per side. It turned out to be a beautiful brown circle.
No fotik to show. It tastes good, but I'll play with time
I will add, the cartoon is small for me. Plus I'll play with the ingredients, because it didn't work right away in the bread maker, but almost immediately in the cartoon.
In general, you can bake, you just need to adapt ...

So I tried this bread in a slow cooker.

but how to knead the dough correctly, tell me, please!

What do not you understand?
Knead in HP, as usual, and then shift to MV.

The day before yesterday I baked bread in the Lola recipe, it turned out very tasty and, which was especially pleasing, round in shape, now I will bake rolls here.
I'll tell you how I did it, everything was strictly according to the recipe, except that I measured the flour with a cup from MV, and 180 ml in it along the edge, instead of 240 according to the recipe, so I reduced the amount of water to 180 ml, although it would be possible to add 4 cups from MV and 210 ml of water, the dough was kneaded with HP in the "pizza" mode. I baked in MV for 60 minutes one side and 20 minutes the second, it turned out like in the picture from Lola, only a little less.
Thank you very much for the recipe, we will bake more today.

I have no HP. it won't work without it? I only have a slow cooker
Why won't it work? Mix by hand and bake in MV.

What should be the dough - sticky, like very thick sour cream or soft, like pies? I messed up something with the ingredients and the inside of the bread turned out to be sticky.

I didn't understand, why turn it over?

To get a golden crust everywhere. In a slow cooker, the top is half-cleaned completely pale, if not turned over.

URRRRA!
It turned out!
Gorgeous, fluffy, delicious!
Only after turning it was necessary to hold more on the baking. I kept it for 20 minutes. A little pale.

I'm going to try to bake some bread. I reread all the comments, but I still want to clarify. does the recipe use a cup from HP? I just don’t have HP and I don’t know the volume of the HP cup to calculate
HP has different cups.
Panas has 300 ml + another small division of 10 ml
In any case, you need to follow the test. No matter how you make the dough.
In general, in my HP (for beckoning Panas 255), the water-flour ratio is as follows:
flour 500 grams
water 330 ml

milena20111984
according to my calculations, I need to take 320g of flour, right

oooh, I'm completely confused ... so how much flour should I use in this recipe (
Yes, here, in principle, it does not matter what recipe you will bake the bread.
Here's a recipe from Panas:
500 g flour
1.5 teaspoon quick yeast
1.5 tablespoon sugar
330 ml water
15-30 g butter (this is about 2-3 tablespoons)
I usually put vegetable
This is a simple bread recipe
Wonderful simple bread. And just for the post.

Hello! I really wanted to bake bread too, but I only had a slow cooker and after reading the topic, questions arose: 1. Do I need to coat the sides of the saucepan with butter? 3. How many times should it increase in volume, how do I understand that it's time to send it to the multicooker? Please do not leave my questions unanswered ..., I really want to become a great baker

I cooked only once, but everything worked out great. now I realized that I would never buy a bread maker, because I ground half of it at once and I don't eat bread at all
1. I did not coat the walls, only the bottom
2.the dough turned out like for pies, maybe a little softer
3.I have increased by 1.5 times and mustache

Girls, do you get it with a crust or what? I have it somewhat wet .. Delicious, but there is no crust, like in a bread maker: ((Can you pull out the valve during baking so that the excess steam comes out?

Thanks for the great idea. Lola
But I probably did not put much Baking (65 minutes), it turned out rather damp. But a very tasty and excellent way to add excess sourdough - in the evening I kneaded, put it in MV, in the morning I turned on Baking.

Here I baked bread according to this recipe.
Since there is no baking mode in Perfezza PR-56, baked in the crispy rice... 50min on one side + 20 on the other.
The crust baked very well, even fried.

It turned out like this (or rather, all that remains):

Initially, the recipe contains flour in cups, and water in milliliters ... What cup? From CF? Or the usual 250 ml?
Vikavka
thanks for the recipe! I have been using it for several months, the bread always turns out, I knead it with my hands, no HP, but today I put excess dough on pizza - a bomb - the ratio of salt, sugar is ideal
