Rice with meat (multicooker Stadler Form)

Ingredients

pork neck 500 g
rice 2 measuring cups
turnip onion 2 pcs
carrot 2 pcs
vegetable oil 2 tbsp
water 4 measuring cups
garlic 4 cloves
Salt, spices to taste

Cooking method

  • Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and set the "Fry" program for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the meat into portions, beat off.
  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  • Put the meat in a preheated multicooker bowl and fry on both sides until golden brown for 10 minutes on each side with the lid open.
  • Add onion and carrots and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Rinse the rice in cold water, add to the meat, pour over four measuring cups of water, salt and pepper.
  • Wash the garlic, but do not peel, add to the rice.
  • Close the lid of the multicooker and set the "Express Rice" mode.
  • At the end of the program, add the butter to the rice and stir.
