Rinse the meat, scroll with the onion through a meat grinder, add salt,
pepper, spices to taste.
Fry the resulting minced meat with onions in a slow cooker with the lid open on
the "Baking" / "Meat" mode. At the end of frying, remove the minced meat from
bowls.
Put a layer of mashed potatoes on the bottom of the multicooker, then minced meat, then again
puree, the last layer can be sprinkled with dill.
Cook in the "Bake" mode for 45 minutes.

put 1/3 part of butter, fry the meat with the lid of the multicooker open
until golden brown. Add the onion to the meat and 1/3 of the butter. Fry 3-5 minutes
until the onions are ready, also with the lid of the multicooker open. Add carrots and 1/3
part of the butter, fry until soft with the lid of the multicooker open.
Mix everything, add water or broth (100-150 ml.), Add salt, black pepper,
close the lid and put in the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes. Peel potatoes,
cut into cubes. At the end of the Baking mode for 30 minutes, add the potatoes to
meat and pour water so that it slightly covers the potatoes. Put in mode
"Meat" for 20 minutes. Then after the end of the mode, turn the valve to position
"Reset", open the lid and add diced or coarsely grated
cucumbers, bay leaf, tomato (or tomato paste), chopped garlic, herbs.

fry the liver on all sides with the lid of the multicooker open.
Then add chopped onions and grated carrots to the liver. Fry at
open lid for 2-3 minutes.
Then pour over milk, add sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper and seasonings. All

Close the lid of the multicooker tightly, select the "Meat" program for 20-30 minutes.
