Good evening everyone! I recently bought my mom a Moulinex 6002 bread maker. I was very pleased with my gift, because I knew that she had wanted to bake for a long time, and I had seen enough of her too. I came home and gave it, my mother was of course delighted and shocked by me)) And of course, first of all, to celebrate, we began to bake bread (or rather, not even us, but a brother with his girlfriend, since I was at work). So I come home from work in the evening, I think delicious fluffy bread is waiting for me .. but ... it was not there ((
No, it turned out tasty in principle, no one argues, but for some reason the bread is not baked ... and for some reason it did not rise well .. even very bad !! half of the whole bucket, probably, and then barely ... don’t know .. everything was done according to the recipe, gram in gram. It's a shame the gift is expensive and you want to learn how to use it, what could be wrong? the weight of the product was set at 1000g. My friend from work has the same and she says that he should rise much more ... so what's wrong? tell me who knows, please !!

What flour did you use?

What yeast do you have? A lot depends on them. Check out baked goods with other brands of yeast.

The bread will work!
How to twist the thermal sensor in the fun Moulinex stove, read the appropriate section about it.

It does NOT depend on yeast at all !!! Kill me with the slipper!

I baked on mulik with both dry (different brands) and non-dried yeast - everything is fine!

It should be remembered that the fat envelops the yeast granule ... which is actually written in the passport!

You can dilute the yeast separately in warm water!

Let me disagree with you - I baked for a long time on dry yeast bought in a large package, everything was fine for the time being, the bread turned out to be a volume of a full bucket of HP, and once a little more than half a bucket was baked, a heavy, dense and tight crumb, and in the following times ... I was upset - I thought everything - HP broke. Then I decided to try it with yeast from a small bag - the result: as before - a full bucket of puffed bread. Apparently the yeast has gone bad. That's it!

In short, Tanka_A, you have come to the right forum. Climb the forum, go to the topics of interest, ask, post pictures. There are venerable bakers here who are not too lazy to tinker with teapots, like me for example. Try another yeast, another flour, and you will succeed. As a maniac, I can stand in a store in a stupor in front of a flour counter and choose what I need. Houses are like a flour warehouse. What is not! Good luck !!!

Tanka_A, I also have Mulichka, and it was not baked either, I took the stove and unbaked bread, went to the store and they changed the oven for me, at first, however, they sent them to the service center, but I managed to convince them that there was an obvious defect. Then I already read that it happens in Mulichki, something with shadows, they need to be tweaked somehow, so do not be discouraged, even if you have to contact the service, they will tweak and will bake. By the way, my second stove does not blush the top too much, I have to put it on a strong crust and even add time. Try to bake again, if again it is unsuccessful, then, unfortunately, the matter is not in flour or yeast (I think so, but I wish I was wrong).
