Ingredients

liver (beef) 1 kg
bulb onions 2 pcs
porridge (millet) 200g
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
Flour 2-3 tbsp / spoon
Eggs 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • the recipe was born today quite by accident !!!
  • chop the liver, onion and porridge in a meat grinder. grind the porridge last. as it enters the bowl, stir immediately with a fork or whisk to avoid clumping. then add the eggs, salt, seasonings (I only have pepper) and flour. hung out and then fry in a preheated pan until tender. all!!!!!!!
  • cutlets are very soft, so adding milk is not at all necessary. millet is not felt absolutely. VERY SATURATED TASTE !!!
  • Z. Y. the husband still does not know that there is porridge;))))))))) eats with pleasure
