Pickled spicy pepper

Ingredients

Spicy pepper 3kg
Water 1,5L
Sugar 1 glass
Salt 1.5 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 0.5 cups
Vinegar 9% 300 ml
Garlic, peppercorns

Cooking method

  • Well, very spicy !!! For lovers!!!
  • Prepare the pepper, sort out, cut off, if there are dry ends, wash, let the water drain.
  • Sterilize banks. Place one garlic clove and three peppercorns at the bottom of each jar.
  • Boil the syrup, dip the pepper in batches and cook it for three minutes from the moment it boils. Put in jars, tamping, each time, while preparing a new batch, cover with lids.
  • At the end, add vinegar to the syrup and pour pepper packed in jars.
