Bread with cottage cheese and raw smoked sausage

Ingredients

Wheat flour 470 g
Cottage cheese 170 g (I took Almetta (150 g))
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Oregano (oregano) dried 1.5 tsp.
The water is warm (I used serum) 210 ml
Smoked sausage 100 g
Olive oil (I used linseed oil) 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Add liquid and dry ingredients according to your bread maker's instructions.
  • Panasonic put yeast in a bucket, then flour.
  • I put sugar, oregano and salt in different corners of the bucket. Linseed oil, Almette, on top - serum. In the dispenser sausage.
  • At the end of baking, remove the bread from the bread machine and place on the wire rack to cool.

Note

When baking, the smell is worth ... Replacing the sandwich - cut it off, but the sausage is already there! Just pour the tea.
