Chicken soup with liver and croutons

Ingredients

Chicken bouillon 2 p.
Chicken liver 200 gr.
Potato 2 pcs.
Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Flour 1 tbsp. l.
For homemade noodles
Egg 1 PC.
Salt pinch
Flour How much will it take
Frying oil
Salt, spices to taste

Cooking method

  • Boil chicken broth.
  • Knead the noodle dough, let it rest and roll it out in a thin layer. When it dries up a little - cut into long strips 4-5 cm wide. Place them on top of each other and cut into very thin noodles.
  • Fry onions and carrots in a pan. Add finely (well, not very) chopped chicken liver, rolled in flour. Fry for 5 minutes.
  • Put chopped potatoes and homemade noodles in the boiling broth. Salt, add spices, cook until tender. Put the roast with liver in a saucepan, let it boil and turn off.
  • When serving, add with rye croutons, grated garlic and green onions.
