Cooking method

  • Rinse buckwheat, fill with cold water, leave for a while.

  • Add raisins, sliced ​​apple, nutmeg, salt, stir and fry for another 3 minutes.

How to cook green buckwheat

Just boil it and eat it in the form of porridge. It is cooked quickly, but the taste of cooked green buckwheat is somewhat different from steamed-dried brown buckwheat, it is more tender, some say that it is a little nutty, others a little vegetable.
No cooking. Cover with cold water and leave for 1-2 hours. Then rinse, drain the water and leave for several hours (you can overnight). It is important to cover the container with a lid, but not tightly, leaving an outlet for excess moisture. Real buckwheat can be eaten by filling it with kefir, or, for example, by adding fruit or honey.
Sprouted buckwheat. This is the most useful option. Green buckwheat, unlike fried buckwheat, sprouts.Sprouts appear within a day after soaking. In this form, the amount of antioxidants and enzymes in buckwheat increases, and it also becomes especially rich in routine. Sprouted buckwheat is best used in salads and muesli.

What else is good about buckwheat?
