Ingredients

Cream 250 ml
Sugar 1.5 stkn
Powdered milk 0.5 stcn
Salt pinch
Butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • Combine all components except oil in a saucepan

I take 20% cream, and boil it not to temperature, but to thickening, until the brew stops flowing and "flops". At the same time, the mixture, albeit barely, but boils, gurgles. And it cooks for at least an hour and a half. But the toffee turns out to be real! Not toffee, which fillings pull out, and not fondants, which crumble and break, but true toffee!

amazing, it's incredible. in time, I got about half an hour, but the cream was ooooooooo fat, maybe because of this. part of it was poured into molds, and part just on baking paper. Respect to the author !!!!
