Ingredients

Flour 75gr
large egg 1 PC
baking powder 1/2 bag
small green olives 100gr
finely chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp. l
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l
cream 10% 75ml
salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Mix flour and baking powder.
  • Add egg, cream, olive oil, chopped green olives, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Fill the steamer cups 2/3 full and steam for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the steamer and serve warm.
  • Prepared according to the recipe book for the Tefal VS 4003 steamer

You don't need to salt it, because the olives themselves are salty. I bought ordinary pitted green olives.
Diced zucchini can be used in place of olives.

It seems to me that it is necessary to close it, but, as they say in the Tver region, our pies will "drown" That is, they will get too wet from the steam.And so they are cooked only due to the steam temperature, and the crumb turns out to be fluffy and dry. Well, at least I did it. What is in the photo was filmed in the evening, when they had already been lying in the refrigerator all day and fell off a little. (I could not resist and made the second portion in the morning, while going to work yesterday). This morning I also warmed it up in a double boiler under a film.
The best part is that with such a small size of products, you get a hearty breakfast! The husband finished the second roll only out of greed
