Shurpa soup with lamb in a slow cooker

Ingredients
Lamb 800-1000 g
Onion 1 large head
Carrot 1 large.
Bulgarian pepper 1 large or 2 small.
Hot pepper 0.5 pod
Tarragon and basil, 2 sprigs
Potatoes 2 large
Garlic 1 head or 1 tsp dried
Pepper peas 6-7 pcs.
Allspice 4 pcs.
Tomato paste 1 tbsp l.
Salt, pepper to taste
Pertushka fresh to taste
Tomatoes 1 large or 2 small.
Cooking method

So, put the multicooker on the "Steam cooking" mode, NO OIL !, put the lamb on the bottom, take out the valve, close the lid and don't go to the multicooker for about 20 minutes. The lamb will turn brown and give fat. While the lamb is melting, cut the onion into cubes, the carrot into large, not long straws. When the multicooker beeps, set the steam cooking mode again for 50 minutes, open the lid, throw in the onion, after 5-7 minutes the carrots, mix everything, after another 5-7 minutes, diced Bulgarian pepper and finely chopped hot pepper, then chopped diced tomatoes, a sprig of tarragon and basil, salt. Vegetables will give juice from salt. While the vegetables are giving juice, we cut the potatoes into large cubes about 2.5x2.5 cm (if the potatoes are very small, then you can whole). We put potatoes, peppercorns and allspice, garlic, 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste, add some water to the upper mark of the bowl and set it on the "SUP" mode for 1 hour. Do not open the lid and do not interfere, otherwise the potatoes will turn into mashed potatoes. After 1 hour, pour the soup into hot plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bon Appetit!

Note
Tip: After eating lamb (in any form), you must definitely drink hot tea to avoid heaviness in the stomach.

Better yet, mint tea !! And to be honest, it's a myth that lamb is heavy meat. It is digested better than pork .. (if only they didn’t throw slippers on me).

Lamb is really digested better than pork, but the ram has a very cunning fat, it hates the cold, which is why drinking a lamb dish with cold water is a killer for the stomach, so hot fragrant tea!
