Chicken Julien

Ingredients

Chicken breast 500g
flour 1 tbsp. l.
chicken broth or milk 1 glass
butter 4 tbsp. l.
sour cream
cheese 4 tbsp. l.
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Sauce: dry flour in a dry frying pan without frying it, then add butter and lightly fry, stirring continuously. Then add hot broth or milk a little at a time, and bring to a boil, stirring often. Mix the sauce with sour cream in a 1: 1 ratio and bring to a boil.
  • Julienne can be made from boiled or raw and pre-fried chicken, cut into strips in butter. Pour the chicken with the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with melted sl. mast and bake in the oven.
