Ingredients

Pork with fat 1 kg
Bulb onions 2-3pcs
Garlic 5 teeth
White bread 2 pieces
Bunch of dill 1 PC
Bunch of parsley 1 PC
Bunch of cilantro 1 PC
Eggs 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 50gr
Salt pepper taste
Wooden skewers 10 pieces

Cooking method

  • This is purely my improvisation!
  • Turn meat, onions, garlic and bread through a meat grinder. Finely chop the greens and add to the minced meat. Drive eggs into this mixture, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Beat the minced meat well with your hands.
  • Stick a small sausage on each skewer and fry them in hot oil on both sides until tender. Serve with vegetables and any side dish.
