Dear forum participants, hello !!! Please help me figure it out. I made a hundred breads in this oven, but the bread does not rise above 10-12 cm (((Everything is so beautiful in the picture, I read the review here:

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ask=view&id=167&Itemid=29

There the bread is high, for the whole form, I have NEVER had this !!!
It's a shame to tears !!!
The husband already swears, says - that you bought it, you only spent money and spend food, but you can't eat it ...

According to all recipes, bread is always of the same type - very heavy, low, wet inside, ALWAYS the top is pure white without any signs of blush. I have already changed flour, yeast .. what I have not tried, even changed the recipe .. but always the same picture .. (((I always put a dark crust ... but there is not even a hint of crispy crust - always the same sputum .. and sloppy plates along the border of the walls and crust ...

What to do? Help!!!

I have already read almost everything there, but there is no answer to my question or I did not find it, or it was written using such complex terms that I do not understand ...
maybe I just have a defective stove, I've been toiling for six months already .. and the guarantee has already passed? Now I took out the mixing paddle and ran this misunderstanding in the second circle .. can it be baked? or will it only get worse? ((

VikaAll
I have the same. Not a stove, but one disorder and a transfer of products.

Acatherine, how are you? Found an approach to your HP or sent it out?

Yes, I have been baking for a long time and everything turns out better every time and for some reason it doesn’t work better with bread, where there is milk in the recipe .. Until I found where to read this. And the usual turned out very well!

I have an LG HB-155CJ stove. So when I bought it, the same thing happened as you did. I decided to take it to the service and they really said that the breakdown, and specifically just the bread is completely unbaked, this is the fault of the electronics. So don’t blame yourself, but just carry it to the service.

My 157-CE bread also does not rise in the fast mode ... Only in the French mode, more or less, but still something is wrong ... as if it is damp and not fully baked ...
Although I'm not particularly worried - I was given this bread maker for temporary use, I think that if I buy something definitely not this one ...

We have recently presented the HB-1051CJ oven - when you first turn it on, the same thing, one to one. French bread recipe. Everything was done exactly, the products are normal.
What is the problem? Someone tell me? Acatherine! How did you solve the problem?

I have the same problem on the bread maker - HB-1051CJ.
The bread only rises to half of the mold.
The problem in the ingredients is excluded, because they tried it on Panasonic and everything bakes well there.
I decided to carry it to the service.

LG157. Immediately after the purchase, the same problem was discovered, the bun is excellent, and the dough does not rise, and the bread is not baked. I took it to the store, they handed it over to the service center. The answer came from the center, the stove is in good order and meets technical standards. What to do with her now, I don't know. Since this is my third bread-baking machine and bread is baked perfectly on others, I cannot sin on my crooked hands. Can someone tell me the solution to this issue.

For verification, I suggest this option:
Knead the bread recipe that you usually bake in the "Dough" mode.
Depending on what your room temperature is, if it's warm, you can leave the mold with the dough in the stove.
If it is cold, it is better to put the form in a warm place (next to the radiator, in the oven with the light on, etc.), so that the drozzhi would work better.
After the end of the "TESTO" program (squeaks), we note the time and observe how much time it takes to raise the future bread.
In this variant, you yourself control the lifting process.
(Personally, I sometimes send the dough to the refrigerator for the whole night if I need bread tomorrow. I often bake in the gas oven. And I just cook the dough with the oven. I like it better.)
It is necessary to compare this rise time with the time that is allocated by the stove program.
The stove, unfortunately, does not know how to determine the quality of flour (strength), drozzhzha and temperature overboard!
Try it and see what happens.
Good luck.

Thanks for the answer, I'll try. But the fact is that in the same kitchen, Moulinex stands next to it and raises and bakes all of the same ingredients. So you need to somehow adapt to LG. I bought it only because of the small size of the loaf, since large loaves of Mulinex are needed only for the weekend.

Hello! Finally found time to report on my bread maker. A miracle happened! After she / the stove / was brought from the store (after the service center), she began to bake excellent bread, rising above the bucket. In the store, the manager said that they did nothing with her in the service, they only carried out testing and gave a conclusion that the oven was working properly. I already doubt whether this is my oven, because before I could not bake a single bread normally.

Good day. There is a problem. Bread maker LG HB-2051BCJ. In the instructions on page 52 - Easter cake. The ingredients indicate water 50 ml... , egg 4 pcs., sugar, butter 6 tablespoons, wheat flour 2 cups, yeast 2 h. spoons. After a while, when the signal sounds, you need to add: salt, sugar, 1 cup of wheat flour and 0.5 teaspoon of yeast.
In general, before the signal, when it was necessary to lay down the second bookmark, the bread maker did not completely stir the flour. at the end of the whole cycle, a lump and half a bowl of unmixed flour turned out.

Throughout the whole book of recitations, everywhere water is measured in cups, or for example - 0.75 cups and 2 tablespoons. and in this recipe water 50 ml... Who baked KULICH, and did it work? Give advice!
Experience in baking bread is available at Panasonic and LG.

This is of course true. I just appeal to those who use such a stove. Maybe there is an error in the instructions or it does something wrong.)))
Thanks for the advice)

... There is no error in the instructions. I often bake this cake for tea. After the first kneading, the dough is thin, there is no kolobok, but after the signal and the addition of flour, the kolobok turns out to be very good. I pre-melt the butter, maybe this is the reason for your impurity?

Good day to all! in December 12, we also purchased HP LG HB-156JE .... Hell until today is amazing !!! The dough rose and baked everything well, but today I bake for the 3rd time and in 3 different modes (fast, basic, French is being baked now ...) In general, the dough is no longer suitable ... a bun from dough turns out like and should, but during the rise of the dough nothing happens ... The husband disassembled the HP before the last baking, does not smell of anything burnt from the parts, what could fly ??? has anyone come across this? what to do???
irysska
Are you sure of yeast? If the bun turns out, that is, the dough is kneaded, then what is the fault of the HP, that the dough is not suitable. I see a problem with the quality of the yeast.
76 Olga
It seems like I recently bought yeast, I need to try others, but is there no heat inside the bowl when raising the dough? Yesterday, for the sake of interest, I opened the lid there was no heat inside, I just read it, on the forum, I sin on the temperature sensor ...

HP does not have dough heating, heat is obtained naturally - you pour warm liquid, the dough is kneaded, it turns out lukewarm - that's in the bowl and heat

And if the water is at normal room temp. pour, what will happen?
In any x / oven there is a proofing (rise) mode, and this is where a pace of about 28 * C is observed, specifically to create optimal conditions for proofing the dough. This can be checked by yourself, it is enough to put the thermometer in a bucket x / stove in this mode

The bread maker is less than a year old. (Russian chef). At first I baked very well (half a year), then (I bake mostly French) the bread became like rubber. Changing flour - water - yeast and other dances with a tambourine around the result did not work. I read the forum, I realized that I had to take it to the service. Problematic. From my village to the nearest service, like cancer to the moon. My friend Moulinex has been plowing for 6 years every day several times without problems.

I bought a stove. Inexpensive and seemingly not very useful. Faced the above problem. Kneads silently, without help due to a narrow bucket. Everything is wonderful, only the bread does not rise. Yesterday I made 2 kneads of dough in a row and left. The dough rose naturally, then turned on the Keks program. Well, something like this - semi-automatic control.

It seems that I was in a hurry to slander my stove. Everything began to work out, bread rises on the standard program and is baked. What was it? The oven is not the first, but for some reason in the LV the first 2 breads did not come out at all.
