Ingredients

Yeast 1 tsp
Wheat flour 400 g
Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Pumpkin 200 g
Powdered milk 1.5 tbsp. l.
Water (molasses) 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Cut the pumpkin into cubes and freeze or, if only from the garden, steam it a little. The whole point is in the pumpkin in pieces ... if it is thawed, then it is soft initially, if it is raw, then it should be steamed until half cooked, so that when it is added to the dough, it does not grind, but remains intact!
  • Put all the ingredients in HP, put the pumpkin about the "whistle" (or put it in the dispenser at the very beginning), bake on the "main" mode.
  • The water can be replaced with water from a double boiler, in which the pumpkin was stewed, or the liquid formed when the pumpkin was defrosting.
