who uses the bread maker -Morphy Richards
month since I bought it. in front of her was a chromex bread maker that worked like a clock for 5 years. but with this something is wrong.
what is your opinion?
Gypsy
Mine works fine. What's wrong with yours?
Caprice
My Morphy Richards works great too.
Gypsy
Caprice , we here in another topic found out what the problem is - our stove is just small
Caprice
Gypsy, then what are we trying to find out now?

I don’t know .. as I understand it, the technique itself has no obvious problems.

Hello everyone! I don’t know what to do, lately all breads have been lidded, changed flour, diminished the water, persuaded her, and she bakes all the same without a lid, and in any mode. In addition to "ARNAUTKA" mode 3, the perfect bread with a beautiful crust! What do you advise?
Caprice
This issue has been discussed in other forum topics. There may be several reasons:
1. Too much yeast.
2. Too much liquid.
3. The mode is not set correctly.
fred1
1) yeast - how much to subtract?
2) water-cleaned by 50g, do you need more?
3) the mode-as in the recipes, mainly 1 bass, and 3, others did not use
Caprice
Well, who will give you specific numbers? Try empirically

I have two questions:
1 the stirrer cannot be removed (or what is the name of this thing)
2 for some reason, you just have to tear the bread out of the bucket.
Tell me what is the problem?
Tanyusha
alonka_12 if the mixer is not removed, pour a little water into the bucket and let it stand, it just gets under it and the dough gets baked, and there is nothing terrible about it and do not immediately take out the bread from the bucket, let it stand a little and it will come out normally.

Hello everybody!
We bought cotton only 2 days ago .. such a question .. I have already baked 4 different bread in it, namely white according to a recipe of a friend, gray 2 times .. and one with raisins that goes in a book with cotton .. So for some reason they all do not go up to the top .. somewhere on the floor a bucket high .. yesterday I threw a gray one and a half portions, so it came out high ... what turns out we need to put more portions everywhere? I bake on mode 1. and choose a large size.

For a start, it's worth checking, it is quite possible that you are putting food on a smaller loaf (450-650 gr.). If so, add more food.
It is quite possible that the bucket in Morphy Richards is wider than in your friend's bread maker, according to whose recipe you bake bread.
mamo4ka2
As for the bucket of a friend and for me it is quite possible that this is so .. But then how to understand that I bake from a booklet from cotton, for example, I put bread with raisins as it is written on a large loaf and it comes out, too, not big ...
Caprice
Well, try a stronger flour like Stibel 2 and other yeast. Although, I must say that with proper storage, dry yeast retains its properties for a long time.

today I baked it with a pin 2 ... but I mistakenly put tablespoons of salt instead of 2 teaspoons .. and the bread did not rise at all ... though I put more sugar on purpose later .. Still this flour is not so easy to see flour ... and I had to add more than according to the recipe, otherwise the dough was not kneaded into a good ball, but glued to the mold ..
And another question may not be on the topic ... I bought a boot 7, what kind of bread can you bake with it? This is rye flour, isn't it?
Caprice
Try to bake Darnitsky bread https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=89&topic=596.0
Also check your yeast. If the bread does not rise steadily, they may have expired.

And if it rises and falls later?
Caprice
And if it rises and falls inside - read the forum. Here a whole section is devoted to this.
