Ingredients

margarine 200 g
flour 2 glasses
water 2 tbsp. spoons
egg 3 pcs. (1 pc. In dough, 2 pcs. In curd)
cottage cheese 500 g
sour cream 1 glass
semolina 1 glass
sugar 1.5 cups
salt on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • Shortcrust pastry:
  • 200 gr. margarine, 1 egg, 2 cups flour and 2 tbsp. l. cold water + a pinch of salt. Knead a tough dough and roll out into a thin layer. Then this dough will need to be laid out in a multicooker so that high sides are obtained for a convenient location of the curd dough.
  • Curd dough:
  • 500 gr. cottage cheese, 2 eggs, vanillin, 1 cup semolina, 1 cup sour cream, 1.5 cups sugar.
  • We mix everything, let it stand for 15 minutes, so that the semolina swells.
  • We collect the cake:
  • In our slow cooker with shortcrust pastry with sides already laid out inside, we put three (four possible) small apples, having previously pulled out the core from them and filled the middle of the apple with raisins and sprinkled with cinnamon. Pour cottage cheese dough on top.
  • I baked for 80 minutes, then baked for another 20 minutes, but that was already too much (the bottom grabbed a little), that is, 80 minutes and holding the cake until it cools completely in the cartoon is quite enough.
