Ingredients

White bread flour 2 cups
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Butter, melted 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Mango puree
you will need one large and ripe fruit
1 ¼ cup
Cinnamon 1.5 tsp.
Gluten 1.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cup 250 ml
  • Place the food in the order indicated by the maker's manufacturer.
  • I don't know if there is gluten on the free market in Russia. Try to do without it.
  • I don't have whole grain flour, but just ground whole grain, but everything baked without any problems. I did not notice a note about the regime and baked on "Sweet".
