Pilaf in CUCKOO 1010
Category: Meat dishes
Ingredients
pork (beef) 500-600 g
long grain or round colored rice 2 multi-cups
carrots 2 pcs. large
onion 2 pcs.
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon barberry
turmeric on the tip of a knife
1 head garlic
salt, black pepper to taste
refined vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
red hot chilli pepper (small) 1 pc.
Cooking method

Rinse the rice, leave in cold water. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of a multicooker, add diced onions, grated carrots (as for Korean carrots). With the lid open, move the lever to the "closed" position, turn on the Turbo mode, fry the onions with carrots. One Turbo cycle is enough for this. Then add the chopped meat, squeeze again on Turbo. Put barberry, paprika, turmeric, half of the cumin (it must be kneaded with your fingers to break the integrity of the grains), a pod of hot pepper (the pepper cannot be cut), a whole head of garlic (do not separate into slices, remove only the dry husk, which is removed, rinse with water , make an incision from below on each lobule). Salt, mix everything, pour in one multi-glass of boiling water. Boil the zirvak on the "High pressure" mode. Then take out the garlic, hot pepper, pour in two more multi-cups of boiling water, add salt, add black pepper, the remaining cumin, mix, put the rice on top, smooth over the surface, turn on the Multi-cook mode for 20 minutes. Leave to Heat for 20-30 minutes. Open the lid, mix the pilaf well.

Cooking time: 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.
Cooking program: Turbo, High pressure, Multi cook.
Note
Pilaf salad:
Summer: tomatoes 1: 1 with onions (leave the chopped onions in water for 15-20 minutes to release the bitterness).
In winter: chop a lot of onions, salt, mash, leave to let the juice out. Rinse, add tomato sauce, salt, black pepper and paprika to taste.
