Chicken legs wrapped in bacon

Ingredients

chicken legs 4 things
mushrooms 100gr
bulb 1 PC
fresh white crumbs 0.5 cups
raw smoked bacon 12 strips
sage leaves 8 pcs
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Finely chopped mushrooms and onion, chop, fry in vegetable oil, add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, mix and let cool.
  • Free the shins from the bone and stuff with the filling. Put 3 strips of bacon on the foil with a slight approach, put stuffed drumsticks on one side of the bacon, on top 2 sage leaves. Wrap the drumstick in bacon, then wrap tightly in foil. Do the same with the rest of the legs. Bake in the oven at 200g for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Then remove the cooled shins from the foil and fry in butter until golden brown. Serve with grilled or baked vegetables.
