Pear salad with salmon

Ingredients

Pear firm, not sweet, medium in size 1 PC
Light salted salmon 80 gr.
Green olives 80 gr.
Green salad 2 tbsp. l.
Rust oil 2 tbsp. l.
pickles 80 gr.

Cooking method

  • Peel the pear and cut it into cubes.
  • Cut the salmon into small slices.
  • Cut the olives (it is better if they are stuffed with shrimp or lemon) on wheels.
  • Cut small cucumbers into wheels, large cucumbers into triangles.
  • We tear the salad with our hands.
  • Mix everything, season with vegetable oil (preferably olive oil).
