Corn flour curds with raisins and caramel

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 500 g
Egg 1pc
Corn flour 5 tablespoons
Sugar, salt to taste.
Baking powder ½ tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg with sugar, add cottage cheese, flour, and gently mix the baking powder. The result is a very thick mass. We form our cheesecakes by wetting our hands in cold water and fry them until golden brown in olive oil.
