Ingredients

Pearl barley 1mult glass
Water (boiling water) 3mult glasses
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Mushrooms about 300g
Vegetable oil 2st. l.
Salt taste

Cooking method

Fried for 10 minutes with onions. Put the barley, washed and soaked for 1 hour, there - 1 multi-glass. And she poured boiling water into 3 multiclasses. Salted. Buckwheat mode. At the end of the program, turn off the multicooker, mix the contents. You can immediately put it in a plate and eat with pleasure, or you can leave it in the cartoon for a while, it will be even tastier

Today I did a little differently:

1.soaked a glass of pearl barley for a day (it happened), drained the water, washed

2.filled with new water - 3 glasses + dried porcini mushrooms and aspen mushrooms (a handful)

3. put on the timer for the morning on the buckwheat mode

4.I looked in the morning, added a fried onion in ghee, topped up almost a glass of boiling water, salted, seasoned - since I opened the lid before the end of the mode, my porridge did not stop cooking

5.boiled a little more, added more butter and turned off

6.was a little longer

7.took with her to work - ate with pleasure, yummy
