Thanks for the recipe! Special thanks to Crochet that poked me into this recipe! Nobody eats my pumpkin either from the word ALL and NEVER. And in the fall, a neighbor brought a couple of pumpkins, "bombs". They lay under the bed for the whole axle / winter / spring. I decided to cook it.
Chopped, smeared with a mixture (oil, lemon, peppercorns, garlic, hop-suneli, basil, parsley, salt, mustard seeds). I pounded dry ingredients in a mortar. Cooking in a multitude of Element on Baking, 30 min. But, apparently, for this multi this time is a lot (she is very nimble and hot!), Everything has become welded. But the smell was just awesome! And there were a lot of herbs, but they are dry ... not very pleasant on the teeth. But I still had to cut off the baked places from the pumpkin pieces, and at the same time cleaned off the extra “marinade”. It turned out very tasty! If not for the red color, then no hint of a pumpkin! We ate it with pleasure!
If I still have a pumpkin, I will definitely do the same, taking into account all the shortcomings.
