Chicken legs in dough

Ingredients

Flour 4 tbsp.
Water 320 g
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tsp
Vegetable oil 4-5 st. l.
Dry yeast 2.5 tsp
Chicken legs 5 pieces.
Peppercorns 5 pieces.
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Salt
Water
Champignon 400 g
Onion 2 pcs.
Dill or parsley stalks

Cooking method

  • Boil the legs with spices for 30 minutes. Remove from broth.
  • Fry mushrooms and onions separately. Then mix.
  • Fry the boiled legs in a skillet until golden brown.
  • Prepare the dough. To do this, dissolve yeast, sugar, salt in warm water. Add vegetable oil and flour. Knead the dough. And knead until elastic. Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Then knead, divide into 5 identical parts. Roll each part into a circle, lay out the fried mushrooms and legs and pinch around the leg, leaving the bone sticking out. Tie with a parsley or dill stalk. So repeat with all legs.
  • Brush with yolk or vegetable oil.

25 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake at 200 C.

But today, while he is at work, I remembered this wonderful recipe. The dough here is simply magical - very tender, soft and fluffy. In combination with meat and mushrooms, it gives a unique gastronomic delight!
