Ingredients

fresh champignons 500gr
bulb onions 2 large
vegetable oil 20-50ml
cream (mayonnaise, sour cream) 80-100ml
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • pour vegetable oil into a multicooker saucepan and turn on the "baking" mode. coarsely chopped onion there. lightly fry the onion.
  • Wash the champignons (let the water drain) and cut in half. when the onions become soft and acquire a light golden hue, add the mushrooms and fry them for another 15 minutes.
  • add salt, pepper and cream, stir and put on simmer for 30 minutes.
  • the result is a delicious gravy, like pasta!

Note

Simultaneously with stewing, boil pasta (any!). To do this, boil water in a saucepan, add salt and put a small bay leaf. Throw pasta into boiling water, let the water boil and turn off the stove. Willingness to check after 10 minutes.
The pasta is ready - toss it in a colander, let the water drain, return the pasta to the warm saucepan, add the butter, close the lid and stir well.
So, for dinner we have pasta and mushroom gravy. We eat half, and where else? Pasta goes well in mushroom gravy! In the morning, for those absent from dinner (for example, the children went to the disco, or dad returned from the night shift), you will already have a hearty breakfast ready! And the most important thing is that the pasta will definitely not stick together! And personally, in the morning I suffer from a lack of time to cook breakfast for myself, my beloved - I will gladly eat yesterday's dinner!
