whole grain flour 200 g
vegetable juice (homemade) 150 ml
fresh fiber (juice extracts) 150 ml
sour cream 3 tbsp. l. with top
butter 40 g
salt 1.5 tsp.
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • I could post this version of the bread tomorrow - but this my 100th copy and the bread recipe, registered in my table of contents for breads in the topic "To cook, too, as I can ...)))"
  • And I wanted to start the New Year with a new hundred of bread!
  • I squeezed the juice myself from: apple, carrot, pear, cabbage, potatoes, tomato.
  • They drank the juice, used the cake in the dough as fresh fiber.
  • Preparation:
  • I put all the products measured according to the list in a bucket x \ oven, the Dough program. I prepare a soft dough according to its consistency.
  • Proofing in the oven at 30 * C.
  • Baking in the oven on the hearth.
