Hungarian pie with apricot and cottage cheese (+ video)

milk 130 ml
vegetable oil b / s 130 ml
sugar 120 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
premium wheat flour 215 g
baking powder 2 tsp
salt chips.
cottage cheese 170 g
powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.
vanilla sugar 10 g
yolk 1 PC.
apricot 10 pieces.

Cooking method

Remove the pits from the apricot.
Mix the flour, baking powder. Let's sift.
Add yolk, powder and vanilla sugar to the curd.
Mash with a fork and mix.
Beat the eggs with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy and light.
Reduce the speed of the mixer. Pour milk and butter in a thin stream. Let's mix.
Pour in flour and mix at low mixer speed.
Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Pour out the dough. We level.
We spread the apricot halves.
We spread the cottage cheese between the fruits.
We put to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
Let the cake cool in the form. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
